    Can I sue my husband for this
    My husband is a marine and he told me when we gott married he had a home for me when I got to California I had to live on the streets and don't military wives get money for being married to a soldier can I sue him for this

    No.. if wives could sue there husbands for lying the court rooms would be full with cases.

    You may file for divorce. And military men and women get extra pay for being married in "thier check" but the person they are married to do not get the money. Why did your husband not send you money to rent somewhere, where is he living,
