    How Far Along will I Be I find out that I'm pregnant
    Wanting to find out how for along I will be when I find out I'm pregnant and the date of my 1st child's birth.

    An at home pregancy test can give you more accurate results after your first missed period. You always want to get tested by a doctor if the at home test gives you a positive, they should then be able to give you an estimated due date.
