    Looking for help filing for custody of my son... please!!
    When u file for custody for your child is there any amount that you would have to pay for the legal or physical custody papers?

    I paid my attorney about 1500 dollars to write them up. The filing fee was @ 75 dollars, you had to have 3 copies so there was copy fees of 10 or so dollars.

    If the other party has to be served, there will be court costs for service
