    Why is my period late but not pregnant?
    Hi Im 28yrs old and about 2mths ago my periods have been really strange... Dec of 09 my period was a mth late... now Im a week late and Im not pregnant.. wut else could it be? Im 6'0 120lbs... I haven't done anything diff.. I have been feeling a lot more tired lately like I have no energy , my breats ache but Ive taken many pt tests and they all negative... I feel sick to my stomach... what else could be wrong please any suggestions? I have no medical insurance at the time so this prob my only hope... unless its like major concerned.. which Im getting quite worried... Thx if you could help answer my question... Jess

    Periods get whacko every once in a while. Sometimes we don't know why.

    Weight gain/loss; diet change; change in exercise routine; etc. can all cause a change in periods.
