    Pipes making noises
    Need help,

Last winter we installed the plumbing for a new bathroom in the basement. Ever since, the pipes that brings the water into the house (the one directly connected to the municipality pipe) has being making noice. The noice is like if the water was running constantly, is like a river noice. But there is no leaks anywere, we know this because the pipes are still exposed in the basement. The noice did disappear last year during summer.

Does anybody have an idea?? My not very friendly nieghbor has recently started complainning he can hear the water noice from his bathroom.

    Thank you!

    Check the toilets for,
    1) a leaky flapper **OR**
    2) the tank filling up sand running over into the overflow tube.
Let me know what you find. Good luck, Tom
