    My laptop is not behaving...
    I have a Dell Inspirion E1505... a week ago my laptop geeked out and started giving me these little pop up box error messagesmessages like you computer has detected spyare,trojans""Please download antivirus software" Etc... something happened where I can't even download anything from the net now... what happens is I click on something to download or an application an it keeps me running in circles... I can download it, save it, just can't run anything... please help before I buy a new one I can't afford!

    Hi,

    What is exact message that you are seeing? It is probably some sort of adware that can be removed but if the name of what you are seeing would be better to get you what will most likely help out in getting rid of it.

    Hi there, thanks for the response. I don't see any error messages now, it just doesn't respond to downloading any kind of spyware or antivirus software. It keeps asking me to decide which program to run it in, like Work, Excel, Internet etc. It moves around and around like a dog chasing his tail. I get no where. Maybe I just need to bite the bullet and dump the sucker... LOL

    You should download and run Malwarebytes, it will find suspicious files and prompt you to remove them and you dafely can

    Download, install, let it update itself and on first run, do a Full Scan - take about half hour or so

    Let it remove whatever it finds, hopefully will help if some sort of malware

    With some sort of maleware or a virus, it may also be a good idea to try to install it in safemode.
