    My case is pending
    I filed my I485 3 years ago, and still pending am I allowed to stay in the US

    A 1485 doesn't make any sense. Filed what ? Please explain more.

    Normally it takes about 4-6 months to get approval notice after you file I-485. Make an appointment through Infopass to see the officer. Bring your passport and copies of everything you submitted.
