    Is he still liable for what? If you are asking if he will be held responsible for the child's actions then no, the mother and father are responsible for that. Do you work? Do you pay bills as well as your husband? If not then he will have to foot the bills for your child while he/she is with you or you won't have time with your child. I'm not entirely sure what your question is exactly so if you could ask a more specific question we can give you better answers.
