    Revving engine when in neutral
1995 Honda civic ex . When the car is in neutral (at stop signs and when just starting it) the rpm's are jumping constantly from 1000 to 1500 just bouncing back and forth. You can hear the engine revving up and it continues to do so over and over when in neutral. Anyone recognize this?
