    Condition for the session
    DOWNLOAD ATTACHMENT

    S= session number
    P= the presence of session
    1,2,3,4,5... = session order number
    1 (red) or empty= attend or not attend the session

    I NEED:

    Conditional Formatting cell C29 (red background and white font)

    1. If someone fails to attend two consecutive sessions, 2. or three sessions in total

    I think I scored second condition. (Clear Contents of C14 to see)

    Thanks!

    I would add a key column to do the tests row by row, then use an updated CF formula to watch the key. Sample attached.
