    Losing weight fast after a pregnancy
    I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and I've recently found myself looking at my pre-pregnancy self and wondering how the heck I am going to look like this or similar to this. I' asked around to friends and family and they were no help what so ever. I have close friends who have both had children one of which hasn't changed since she had her baby and the other is smaller than she was before both her children. She got that way because she got into lots o heavy drugs but I don't want to do that in order to get in shape. What can I do?

    Are you going to breast feed your baby? Breastfeeding uses up approx. 500-600 calories a day. You burn about 20 calories for every ounce of breast milk your body makes, and you don't even have to work to burn those calories, your body does that for you. You can lose weight fast while breastfeeding even while you eat 500-600 more calories a day than you did before you got pregnant. Not to forget, breast milk is the perfect food for your baby for the first 2 years! The health benefits for both you and your baby are very great! PLUS, breastfeeding your baby creates a strong bond and offers you both benefits that last a lifetime.
