    Is Nassau County, Long Island, part of New York City for tax purposes?
    Is Nassau County, Long Island, part of New York City for tax purposes? i.e. would a resident of Nassau County have to pay the NYC resident city tax?
    Does all of Queens have to pay the NYC resident city tax?

    Nassau County is NOT part of NYC, so residents of Nassau County do not pay NYC resident tax. Queens is part of NYC, so residents of Queens do have to pay NYC resident tax.
