    Who do I talk to for help
    If I go into my past this will take forever , so for now I am 36 yr old female. I live alone and have come to realize that I am alone.. My family has twice told me to go away and to never return, my close friends have moved all over the us( all 5 of them). My longest relationship was 5 months, I wait tables and fell I have wasted my life, but I never wanted a career, only a family and I have no kids.
    I would love to meet people but I do not know how, where and feel like an old loser to go out alone. Internet dating scares me, and for the moast part I spend my day in a gym, playing with my cats and crying.. I need help! I don't know how to let this wall down that I have built or where to start.
    I need guidance, a kick in the or just to talk to someone anyone, I am LOST very very LOST
