The pilot light on our Lennox G40UH(X) Series furnace won't light. We went through the steps to restart the furance. The blower turns on for a few minutes but blows cold air and the pilot light never comes on. How can I fix this?

First of all, we have a mobile home with a 30-50 psi Square D pressure switch. Lately we have noticed that our water pressure is fluctuating every time it is on. You could sit in front of the faucet or shower and watch as the water pressure will slowly go down and then back up and then down, etc....
Carrier gas furnace will try to start, but igniter does not light furnace. Red light in window flashes -is thiis the "code" for the numeric list on the attached plate?
Lennox G12Qe series 1986... furnace lights and if I wire blower up to constant power will work.. but blows luke warm air out... Any ideas... blower will not come on unless I hook up constant to it..
