    Is it legal to make a year's lease more than a year?
    My son signed a year lease on his apartment on April 19th and wants to move out this April 19th. He noticed the lease is written until April 30th, which is more than a year.
    Can he move out on the 19th without any problems?

    If the paper he signed says April 30, then that's when his contract is up.
