Over payment of child support, force state to refund
The state took $18,345.34 in over payment of child support over 5 years. How do I get it back from them? It is now listed as a over payment.

Are you still obligated to pay support? If they gave it to the mother or custodial parent then you have to chase after them. Why did you overpay so much?
