You mean housebreak. You take him outside every chance you get, until he gets the idea that that is where he has to go. When he does his business, praise him (outside). Be diligent in this purpose, heyheather, and you will have a properly trained clean puppy.

What kind of puppy do you have ?

A shih a poo, also he doesn't like his crate at all.
I put it in there while I'm getting ready or can keep and I on him and he just wins and barks like crazy.
    Any thing to help that?

    Yup, patience and training.
Obviously when he sees you out and about he wants to be with you, not locked up.
When you are beginning to crate train, use lots of treats and positive reinforcement. Get them excited to go in the crate. Take your treat, and slowly luer them in, then start throwing the treats to the back of the crate so the dog has to fully go in to get it. But don't lock him in there. Don't use the crate for punishment, make sure they are getting pleanty of excerise before and after they are being crated. Lots of praise, you can even feed them their dinner in the crate. Anything positive so they can associate that with the crate.
Try to use the crate in times only when you are leaving the house.
For the housebreaking issues, Tickle gave you the basics, stick with it and like they said you will have a housebroken pup in no time.
Remember anytime they eat or drink, bring them out side. When they eat or drink it puts pressure on their colon and baldder, so it almost automatically needs to be released. Make sure when you are taking them out side to potty, they are getting enough time to do their business.
