    Please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read First sticky in the Children forum (where this was moved from) that directs questions of a legal nature to this forum.

    Your husband needs to adopt and his bio father will have to agree to it.

    You can do a legal name change ( your husband would still have no rights to the child and the child no legal rights to husband)

    You can have husband adopt the child.

    The bio father will have to agree to either
