    I saw this movie and can't remember the title!
    Its about a young boy (8 years old maybe) who lives in Manhattan, NY. It's a narrative story about his life as a young boy and falling in love with a girl who he did karate with. He always rides is scooter in the radius he is allowed to roam. I guess it would be a romantic comedy? I think it was made no earlier than year 2000. It's a really cute movie. Please help! Thanks!
