Hi enrico. Sorry that we can't diagnose or recommend. I would suggest a multi vitamin for your age range. In Canada we have a full spectrum vitamin that includes everything I need, and I am a senior. I am sure you can find one at your local pharmacy as well.

Agree, any good multi-vitamin aimed at seniors should do. Make sure the iron level in it is low, iron overload can be a problem as you get older.

Can a Vitamin C supplement replace eating fruit? [ 4 Answers ]

I don't eat much fruit (okay, lets face it, I don't eat fruit) but I take a 500mg supplement a day in Vitamin C. Will this help where I don't eat fruit? I have always heard an apple a day keeps the doctor away and have heard Vitamin C will help fight cancer.
