    Effective vitamin supplement
    I would like to know the most effective vitamin supplement that you know of without magnesium citrate or perservatives.

    Are you talking about a multi?

    Have you checked out a brand like Metagenics? They are very high quality and contain no additives

    If I had to take ONE supplement that is good all around, for muscles, joints, eyes, skin, digestion, etc, and totally natural, I would take good ole codliver oil (from the bottle). With a chaser of orange juice!
