    I have a Heil DC90 Ultra high Efficiency furnace that the fan runs all the time but I
    The fan runs all the time but the unit never lights or heats.
    Where are the limit swithches that might need to be re-set?

    First you need to cut off the power to the unit and then back on to reset the lockout stage. Then you can try to operate the unit and watch what it does. And if you have an led light that you can see through the bottom door check what signal it is sending.
