    Air flow direction
I just installed a new compressor fan motor and its working fine, but it is blowing air into the condenser housing. Should't the air be blowing out?

Yes. Reverse the motor if the motor wiring diagram show's how to do it and if it is reversible it will. If not that is another situation.

I hope you also remember how the blade was mounted and the EXACT depth it was at into the fan shroud ring. This also makes a big difference in how the fan operates.

Thank you. There are two wires from the motor housing just for reversing direction. Piece of cake. I installed the blade the same way it was and since the motor shaft was a little longer I was able to adjust the fan blades to approx. 1/2 inch above the compressor. I understand that's supposed to be more efficient. Again, thank you for your response
