    Debt court proceedings
    I am disabled and waiting on ssd ssi. I have a payment protection plan with card who put me back paying prematurely. I have no income untile ss makes a decition.

    I would like to fight the CC company. I went to court and had mediators I will send there atterny the cont. payment protector plan pappers and see if she see's thinks my way.I go back to court 3/4/10 any advice would helpful thank you for your response, fickf

    If I am correct the CC company is not respecting the payment protector plan. You need to prove that the payment protector plan SHOULD be honored by presenting medical evidence that you are physically unable to work.

    Do you have a copy of the Plan? Is there anything in it that limits the period they protect the payments, anything along those lines?
