I am disabled and waiting on ssd ssi. I have a payment protection plan with card who put me back paying prematurely. I have no income untile ss makes a decition.

If I am correct the CC company is not respecting the payment protector plan. You need to prove that the payment protector plan SHOULD be honored by presenting medical evidence that you are physically unable to work.

Do you have a copy of the Plan? Is there anything in it that limits the period they protect the payments, anything along those lines?
