    QO1816M200FTRB Feed Through Double Lug?
    Hi,

    I am using a Square D QO1816M200FTRB panel as a main disconnect (fed from the meter.) From this panel, I want to feed a panel in my house as well as a panel in a detached garage. Is it acceptable to replace the single feed through lugs with double lugs and feed each subpanel (main breaker rated at 200amp and wire sized accordingly) or must I use a breaker (QO2200) or a subfeed lug (QO2225SL) to feed one subpanel and the feed through lugs for the other?

    I realize that main breaker in this panel will limit the 2 subpanels to a total of 200 amps even though they are 200amp panels. (The panel in the house is only used at Christmas time for the lighting displays. The garage panel is where the power will be primarily used.)
