I took the 'heads' off the jets to clean out the pipes
I took the 'heads' off the jets to clean out the pipes and the heads themselves - I've done this before but this time I've somehow created a slow leak. Is there a seal I could have eroded or something? These are ball-and-socket style with three short screws attaching them to the tub.
Of course the access panel is on the other side of the tub - anyone have any recommendations before I end up creating a new access panel?

First you need to determine exactly where the leack is. Dry it completely and then look for the first sign of water, if you see a drop on the bottom don't assume that the leak is on the bottom search everywhere till you can see the water forming. This will let you know what you need to repair. It could be that you just need to tighten a screw.

Now what kind of jets are these I assumed you were talking about your shower or tur faucet.

    Let me know

I think he is talking about a spa or hot tub so I have asked to have this moved to spas.

Nope, don't think it's a spa or a hot tub as there are no jets I know of that connect with screws.
