    paris etching society louis claude
I have two etchings by Louis Claude, steeplechase sceens one title is Saint De La Riviere #54 in left hand corner with SLZ in a circle, the other one is Saint Au Brook with #53 in left hand corner with SLZ in a circle. The signature on each right hand bottom looks to be in pencil? Both are framed so I can't see the back's of the prints. Any ideas of there value? Both the frames and art are in very good condition. Thanks Mike H.

    Hi, mikehammer!

Please click on the following link concerning information about works that were produced by the Paris Etching Society.

    https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/art/pa...ad-155531.html

It could be that what you have might have some monetary value. However, if you could post images of what you have here, that would be helpful.

    Thanks!

    Hi again, Mike!

Posting images on this site isn't hard, but sometimes the images need to be re-sized in order to fit the size limitations that the site has.

Since you wrote something about emailing images to me, I would assume that they are your in your computer or that you have a way to put them there.

Are either of those things the way that it is?

To post images the most easily here, you would click on "Post Reply", or, "Go Advanced". Once you're in those two ways of posting, you'll be able to see a little icon of a paper clip. If you click on it, you'll be able to see what you need to do.

I did need to remove your email address from your post. Once a thread has been started, all information needs to stay on the thread so that others with similar questions might benefit by the information that's exchanged. Plus, I would hate to see you get spammed because your email address was exposed here.

    Thanks!
