I am having issues with my Bryant 383kav furnace not heating. The LEDs show an error code 33. However, this code does not change to code 13 as the manual says it should after 3 minutes. The blower always turns on. The igniter also seems to be fine and does come on for a couple of seconds during the component test.
Any ideas on how I should go about troubleshooting the problem? Also, I could not find the limit switch on my furnace. Does anyone know if this model has one?
Thanks in advance for your help and response.

Here is a file with the parts location.

A flame rollout switch should be either ontop of the burners(on the rollout shield), and/or on the sides of the burner box. Either way they should have little buttons on top of them that you push in(not hard), to reset them.

Bryant 383KAV error code 34 [ 1 Answers ]

After reading a couple of posts, I cleaned the flame sensor. When that didn't work, I bought a new one and installed it. I am still getting the same code. The burner lights for approximately 3-5 seconds, then cuts off. The thermostat is calling for heat. What am I missing?
