How to I separate the 1099 income and expenses
    Hello:

I do computer repair and have incorporated. Here is my question:
The online company that routes work orders and pays me issues a 1099 at year end.

This is not all personal income to me but the total of all compensation. How do I break it down to show what is for personal and what is for business?

I just formed the corporation and was a sole prop prior to this.

You need to make sure the on-line company KNOWS you have incorporated, and that the 1099 should be addressed to the corporation rather than you from now on.

Otherwise, it will defeat one of the major reasons for which you incorporated.
