I have a whirlpool duet dryer GEW9200LW and it won't get hot
It kept giving the error E2 so we replaced the thermistor and the thermal fuse but just this morning (prior to replacing these), the heat stopped completely now it spins but it won't get hot. What could it be?

The lite on the left bottom of the dryer is lit that says "control lock" which prevents the dryer from turning on, I cannot get it to shut off. Any knowledge on this? I do not have a manual. Thanks
