    My Heil gas furnace blower keeps running
    I have a Heil Gas Furnace and the blower keeps running all the time. The heat comes on when called to but once the temperature gets warm enough for the heat to turn off the fan keeps running. Once the heat turns off the fan blows cold air. The fan is on auto and I have cycled power several times. Any thoughts?

    Model # ? If the furnace is equipped with a mechanical fan control for heating, it may be sticking.

    Thank you for your response. The tech that was out here a few weeks ago that replaced a motor also did a tune up. He hooked up the fan on the wrong terminal. I called them back out and he fixed it in about 5 min. I can't wait to see my power bill since the furnace was running non stop for 20 days! I can't believe I did not notice this sooner. He hooked it up to the cont. post instead of the call terminal.

    The fan running nonstop will not have that big of addition to your electric bill. A figure from last winter was about 9.00 average per month to have CAC. That is Constant Air Circulation or the fan running all the time.

    I have hail furnace /ac blower works some times but most time its stuck on and won't go off until mail boiler switch is off. Model ndgk075df03 867.769177
    Mechanical fan control maybe sticking. Anyone know this model and solution
