Plumbing a solar hot water system on a well
    Hi Experts,
I am building an adobe in NM. I have a well and the rough plumbing of the cold water supply line is PEX. I haven't installed the pressure tank or the hot water tank. Does the cold water supply line go to the pressure tank first, then to connect to the hot water tank, or vice versa? I know that the hot water from the solar hot water system will connect to the hot water line in the hot water tank, but not sure how the cold line works. Any generic plumbing diagrams of a well system out there?

    Thanks,
    Matman
