    Military divorce
I am a former military spouse who was divorced in California 1993. I am presently applyig for my retirement from DFAS and I am told my application is rejected without a clarifying order. I reside in Alabama now, but I contacted my former attorney and was told another attorney who specializes in QDRO's will have to help me. On top of that it's going to cost $1500... any suggestions?
