    Can I claim my child on my taxes but he's on b-2 visa
    Please I need some informations if I can claim my four year old son when I file my tax.

    Here's my situation, I am national but my son was born in a foreign country (Western Samoa). Hes on B-2 visa.

    Fiah:

    If he was physically located in the U.S. during some period of 2009, and if you are a resident alien and have met all of the other support requirements to claim him as a dependent, then, yes, you CAN claim him as a dependent on the 2009 tax return.
