Circuit breaker trips half way. When put to on, still no power.
The circuit breaker does not trip to the off position, it stops in the middle. It won't go to the full off position, even when I try to move it. It goes to the on position and stays there. However, there is still no power

You must first flip it all the way off and then fully back to on. Once tripped you can't just move them to ON.
