    Filing for legal custody over 2 children
    I have a 9 year old daughter and a 8 year old son. There father has never been involved in there life he has been in and out of jail there whole life. He has always stated that he does not want them.I am now married for 4 years and my husband wants to adopt them. What do I need to do so he is able to do this?

    Hire an attorney, he will write up adoption paper work, get your ex to sign his rights away to allow the adoption.
