    Stepchild child support in Florida
    I'm married for 10 years. Live in FL. My husband is not my child's bio father, only step, never adopted. If we get divorced, will my child be entitled for a child support?

    I have 2 children from another marriage. They both live with there stepdad and half brother. My 2 oldest are 19 and 17 can he get child support from me because they choose to live with him.

    No!
    They are entitled for support for their legal father.
