    How much to ask for a settlement
    My vehicle was totalled, they paid all but 500 on it. I bruised my newly replaced knee. I was going on vacation, and had to cancel it. I did not have tickets purchased as I was flying on a last minute ticket. It has been almost 2 years and I am ready to settle on this accident... I would like pain an suffering, lost vacation, and a knee replacement in the future if needed. How much do I ask for.

    I think that you should talk to your doctor first, then get a good attorney. You may have trouble with this knee for the rest of your life. Ask for whatever you feel is right, and then some.

    I personally would go in with a high powered lawyer and make them pay through the nose. Every time you limp on that leg, you will wish you had asked for more.

    It seems you know what you want, so start putting dollars figures to what you want, and then ask for it
