    How many feet of wire between main breaker and meter base without a disconnect
    What is the code for the length of wire between the panel box and meter base without installing a disconnect

    I assume you mean unfused and before the main disconnect.

    Inside the house; typically between 0 and ten feet.
    Outside the house; typically unlimited.
    Some places require a disconnect right at the meter.
