    balance word equations
    write the balanced chemical equation that occurs when metallic zinc reacts with sulphuric acid?

    Zinc reacts with sulfuric acid to form hydrogen and zinc sulfate.

    Zinc = Zn
    Sulfuric acid = H2SO4
    Hydrogen = H2
    Zinc Sulfate = ZnSO4

    (you can Google any of these).

    Now you simply write the equation and balance it. Can you do that? Hint: It's trivial.
