    Nordyne blower motor
My blower motor will turn very slow and makes loud shrilling noise. Could it be the motor or the capacitor? Or both?

It could actually be the squirrel cage, mounts or bearings in the motor. Easily determined by trying to rotate by hand.

Always replace the cap and motor together.
