    What to do after a 3 day notice in California
    I sent a 5 day notice to my tenent who failed to pay rent for the month of November. She received my certified letter. No communication from her has been made. What is the next step?

    Well, used to be a 3-day notice to pay or quit, then have the sheriff evict. I think, now, you need to have a judge sign the order, first. Call the sheriff's office. They are usually the ones to help enforce the eviction and could probably answer your questions.
