    California 30 day notice
    Is it a law to give a 30 day notice to the landlord of a commercial building even if the lease does not state it. Our lease has expired and we are on a month to month.

    Hello marie:

    There is no commercial landlord tenant law like there is for residential...

    So, if your lease doesn't say anything about giving notice, then you don't have to... It would be a polite thing to do even if you aren't required to do it.
