    You will need to proceed with this like any felony conviction. You need to be conviction free for at least 10 years and then motion the Court for an expungement if this is allowed in your state. It can take up to 10 months for the expungement to be granted.

    Andif your court accepts to do this, normally they will have you wait till after 8 years from it to happen
