    Request to Produce
I am representing myself in my divorce. I need to get financial information from my wife regarding the sell of our house, and the amount of her 401K at the time we separated.
I understand I need to file a Request to Produce but have not found a form to use. I live in Florida, is there a legal form that I am to use or do I just write a letter stating the info I need?

I am not in Florida but I know that Florida has mandatory financial disclosure requirements. In fact, incorrect or incomplete financial disclosure can cause a Judgment of Divorce to be set aside.

It would appear that a letter requesting full financial disclosure is all that you need.

Divorce is very tricky without legal counsel. Why are you representing yourself? Is she?

Anyway, here is the info: A Florida Divorce Overview

I don't have an answer for you but I will be brutally honest here...

If you are representing yourself in a contested divorce, you are wasting time with paperwork because you will lose.

Divorce lawyers are expensive for a reason... the job isn't easy. You really cannot afford to not have a lawyer.

Just my 2 cents. Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

Ice maker won't produce [ 1 Answers ]

In addition to the jacuzzi issue, my ice maker won't produce ice on its own. The family who lived here before me never had it connected; the refrigerator is not quite 2 years old. It's a Kitchen-Aid. If I fill up the tray with water, it eventually freezes and the ice is released. I can hear...
