    Not charging
    I have a 1993 honda accord and its not charging... do I have an external voltage regulator and if so where is it located

    Internal--located inside the alternator. Usually, the regulator is okay. Brushes and rotor slip rings are usually what need attention. Here's how to you can likely rebuild the alternator:
