Can I have my perantal rights removed as my contact order has been taken away
    Hi,

I have two daughters living with their mother and she didn't allow me to see them when I asked courts to enforce the contact order my daughters came in the court and gave statements shockingly against me and said total lies in favour of their mother . Anyway I am providing more than I can as I love my daughters very much but can't see them . My ex wife is so greedy and wants more and more out of me. Somebody told me that if I get my parental rights removed I have to pay nothing. Can I do it and how?any answer from uk?

    Regards

If your rights are relinquished than you might not have to pay child support. You may have to pay the big AL to your ex wife. This from experience being the woman. If you owe back child support you will have to pay. If you give up all your rights to your children than you are freed! Give it some time your children will come around when the mother gets all of her anger out and your children decide to think on there own.
