    ILR - Separation
    My spouse is on a ILR visa and due to his abusive behaviour I am separating from him and would like to know whether he may continue to live in the UK once we are separated. We have lived in the UK for 4 years.

    Once he is on ILR visa, the only thing that may jeopardize his legal status is criminal record, if he has any.
