    Us citizen divorcing canadian husband
    I am a us citizen I married my canadian husband in massena ny in 1989.. we have been separated since 1992 and I have lived back in ny since 1997 what is the fastest and cheapest way to divorce him.. our son is 18 so there is nothing else to settle but to divorce

    Fastest and cheapest do not go together. Pick one. Fast = hire a lawyer and agree on everything with your ex. Cheapest, do it yourself using prepared forms found online or at the courthouse.
